About Waybox

A small object can make the world feel smaller. Waybox is a traveling box designed to pass from person to person, carrying a little piece of everyone who holds it.

Take one. Leave one. Pass it on.

Each holder takes an item out, adds something of their own, films the swap, and passes the box onward. The surprise is inside; the real story is the connection between people.

Our Mission

Make strangers feel connected through a shared object that travels the world. Creators, families, and classrooms can all add their own chapter.

Starting Small

We are in the early stages. Our plan starts with a 20-box creator pilot to test whether boxes get filmed and passed on. GPS tracking and a public journey map are part of the vision, not a claim of journeys already completed.

Thoughtful Handoffs

We are planning local-first handoffs, photo checks for items, and clear tracking and deposit terms. Our goal is a journey that is fun to follow and considerate of the next holder.
